University of Arkansas at Morrilton (UACCM)

We chose NetSecure to design and implement our solution due to the knowledge and experience they had with both Novell and Windows 2000 systems, which allowed them to seamlessly integrate the new Windows 2000 systems into our existing network. In addition they were able to design a rack mount server solution as well as integrating existing machines into the budget for the project. We were very concerned with the possibility of virus infiltration into the proposed Exchange 2000/Outlook 2000 environment however they designed a multi-tier anti virus solution that to date, has prevented any virus outbreaks on our network. They used Microsoft's Active Directory with Group Policy to lock down our Terminal Servers and student's desktops as well as to deploy software throughout our campus which greatly reduced our administrative workload. Since installation, NetSecure has continued to give UACCM prompt, quality service by providing both remote administration and on-site service. This has been very important due to the fact that we are an hour away from their Little Rock location and when any issues have arisen, they have been able to remotely connect to our systems and resolve them quickly and efficiently saving us valuable time and money.

AAMSCO Identification Systems

NetSecure was able to work with both AAMSCO and ImageWare Systems to plan, configure and deploy our BadgeCenter site. Many hours were spent in both the initial deployment stage as well as in an on-going effort to work through the issues that have come up with the EPIweb product. Dan has worked with ImageWare to resolve many issues that anyone with less experience would have been unable to achieve. This project was of utmost importance to us and I am very satisfied with the result. Moving forward we have added more systems to both protect our network from intruders, and increase our employees’ productivity by preventing access to unwanted web content. As a Symantec partner we feel that NetSecure will keep our network safe and with the displayed experience providing solutions and resolving issues in the past, believe that NetSecure will also continue to provide us with best of class service.
